Photos.sunamo.net client (hereinafter "the Application") is a Windows desktop application developed by sunamo (Radek Jancik, radek.jancik@sunamo.cz).

This page informs visitors about our policy regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information for anyone who uses the Application.

1. Data collection

The Application does not collect any personal data beyond what is needed to upload your photos to your own photos.sunamo.cz account. Settings (source folder, upload preferences) are stored locally on your device.

2. Photo uploads

Photos you explicitly select are uploaded to the photos.sunamo.cz gallery under your own user account, over an encrypted connection. Whether an uploaded album is public or private is entirely your choice in the Application settings. Photos are never sent to any third party.

3. Sign-in

Signing in happens in your web browser on photos.sunamo.cz — the Application never sees or stores your password. After a successful sign-in the Application receives an access token, which it keeps only in memory for the duration of the session.

4. Cookies and tracking

The Application does not use cookies, analytics, telemetry or any tracking mechanisms.

5. Log data

The Application shows a local activity log (uploaded files, errors) for your own overview. This log is not transmitted anywhere.

6. Security

We value your trust and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's privacy

The Application is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
