Terms of Service

By using Photos.sunamo.net client, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Use of the application

The Application is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the Application.

2. Uploaded content

You are responsible for the photos you upload — you must own them or have the right to publish them. Uploads go to your own photos.sunamo.cz account and are governed by the terms of that service. Albums marked as public are visible to other visitors of the gallery.

3. Album synchronization

The Application may delete an album from the gallery when its local subfolder is empty and the online album contains no photos. This behaviour is part of the upload you explicitly trigger — review your folder structure before uploading.

4. Limitation of liability

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Application, including but not limited to data loss from uploads or album deletions performed at your request.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
